RRC and RWC Explained

We have four Road Championships coming up – please note details for participating as follows:

  • 50k RRC (Road Running Championship)  

You must participate in all 3 of the following runs (fastest average time wins):

  1. 10k – 6/5/18 (Kent St Weir)
  2. 15k – 20/5/18 (Nedlands)
  3. 25k – 3/6/18 (Burswood)

There is a perpetual trophy for the fastest male and female as well as participation medals for all those who complete all 3 runs.

  • 30k RWC (Road Walking Championship)

You must participate in all 3 of the following walks (fastest average time wins):

  1. 5k W – 6/5/18 (Kent St Weir)
  2. 10k W- 20/5/18 (Nedlands)
  3. 15k W- 3/6/18 (Burswood)

There is a perpetual trophy for the fastest male and female as well as participation medals for all those who complete all 3 walks.

  • Short Course RRC 

This is a new event on trial  – you must complete the 3 following runs:

  1. 5k – 6/5/18 (Kent St Weir)
  2. 7.5k – 27/5/18 (Deepwater Point)
  3. 5k – 3/6/18 (Burswood)

There will be a small trophy only for the fastest male and female over the 3 runs.

  • Short Course RWC

This is a new event on trial  – you must complete the 3 following walks:

  1. 5k W – 6/5/18 (Kent St Weir)
  2. 7.5k W – 27/5/18 (Deepwater Point)
  3. 5k W- 3/6/18 (Burswood)

There will be a small trophy only for the fastest male and female over the 3 walks.
