The 2019 Road Running Championships and Road Walking Championships will be held over 3 events on 5 May, 19 May and 2 June. You need to complete all 3 events to compete.
Main trophies are presented for male and female members with the lowest aggregate time for total of 50k RRC and 30k RWC
This consists of:
5 May: Weir Run – RRC 10k / RWC 5k
19 May: Nedlands – RRC 15k / RWC 10k
2 June: Burswood – RRC 25k / RWC 15k
In recent years we have now added a Short Course Championship which involves running or walking 5k at each of these events making a total of 15k RRC and RWC – note you can only compete in one championship.
