The weather forecast still shows very heavy rain and 55 km/hr winds through Saturday morning. The forecast for Sunday continues to look favourable.
Based on this forecast the club committee and the Championship organisers do not believe it is possible to hold a safe Track and Field meeting on Saturday morning.
The Saturday meeting is therefore cancelled.
The Sunday meeting will go ahead exactly as planned.
Unfortunately it will not be possible to find an alternative day for the Saturday events.
If there is a dramatic change in the forecast for Sunday we will send a further email on Saturday, but if you receive nothing more, come on Sunday as planned.
