Just to remind members that the MAWA insurance through AMA affiliation covers Third Party, but not personal accident. If members want to be covered for personal accident while competing in a MAWA event, they can get this cover by registering with AWA. This can be done through the AWA website, and costs $20 per year.

The 2024/25 membership form will be available in early September giving new members 13 months for the price of 12. In the meantime prospective new members should just pay the $5 visitor fee at MAWA events.
