Friday night at WAAS saw the completion of the State Combined Event Championships and a regular Strive programme.
Three pending Australian and five State Records were set, giving a total of 14 State Records and 3 pending Australian Record over the 2 days.
Wendy Seegers set yet another pending Australian Record in the 100m with 12.01s. Mark and Paul Jeffrey both set State Records and pending Australian Records in the Decathlon, while in the course of the competition Mark set individual State records in the javelin and pole vault.
