Some members have requested that we hold a Saturday morning track meet in September in the run up to the World Championships
We have ascertained that it will be possible to book the ECAC track for a Saturday morning, and would expect that a $5 entry fee would cover the cost of hiring the track
However, club members who normally arrange and run track meetings are either not available or too busy with work on World Championships. Therefore before the club commits to this meeting we need someone to volunteer to manage the meeting – set the programme, arrange officials, set out equipment and prepare results. Anyone prepared to do this should contact club president Richard Blurton on r.blurton@iinet.net.au
