Handicap Trophy

Coming into Canning Caper, we had three athletes capable of winning the trophy. Keith Atkinson had already posted a good score, but as Race Director could only watch on as Gillian Young and Bob Schickert strived to come high enough in the order to take the prize.

Bob was determined and focused, but turning onto the bridge he looked behind and saw an army of runners bearing down on him. With a last almighty effort he sprinted for the line, held them off, and took the silverware.

Congratulations Bob.
