The AGM will be held on 3rd October 9:45 at Hockey Club Rooms Perry Lakes following the Claypit Circuit run.
Breakfast will be available for all AGM attendees.

Three of the 4 reports referred to in item 5 have been posted on the website under the ‘About Us’ tab, (Statistician Report will be posted 1st October). Members should read these reports before the meeting as they will not be read out in full at the meeting. Questions on each report will be taken.
Nominations are invited for Committee positions. Anyone who wants to nominate should request a nomination slip from Gillian, (mawasecretary@gmail.com). Nomination slips must be submitted by 19th September.
