There was a much smaller number who completed all 3 events in the 50km RRC compared to last year, however 7 were first timers. Congratulations to Kim Thomas and Clare Wardle for again taking the honours. Kim celebrated his 10th RRC with a time per km faster than last year. Clare also defied the age barrier by equalling her previous time. Only 2 men finished the 30km RWC and well done to John McDonagh – again in a faster time per km to last year.
The shorter events held over a distance of 15.2km saw 18 runners and 9 walkers completing the 3 events. Congratulations to David Adams and Liz Gomez in the run and Arnold Jenkins and Delia Baldock in the walk.
