Start Time 0830 ‘sharp’

Throws Pentathlon – morning

56/100 and Super Weights – noon

Heavy Weight Pentathlon – afternoon

Entry Fee $10 payable on the day to help offset the cost of hiring ECAC Stadium.

New or elapsed members should fill in this form, (fee is $60 metro, $50 country) – new member/elapsed member form
