There will be a one hour event on Tuesday 15th October, 6:30 pm at ECAC.
This is the first time in many years that the club has run this event.
Entrants must let Richard, Barbara or Gillian know ahead of the event as numbers will be limited. It is essential you bring your own lap counter as you will not be allowed to run without one.
