Below is some information about a Women’s Health & Wellbeing Information night that UWA Athletics Club is hosting on the 24th of March, and they would like to invite other clubs and athletes to be a part of the night.
We’re excited to launch the first session in our two-part Athlete Health & Wellbeing Information Series. The series has been designed with dedicated sessions for women and men, beginning with our Women’s Health & Wellbeing Information Night. For more information on the event, click here
This evening is dedicated to supporting our female athletes, female coaches and female friends and family members with practical, evidence-based education to improve performance, recovery and long-term health.
