The Funeral Mass for David Carr will be celebrated in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Foss St., Palmyra on Wednesday 2 August 2023 commencing at 2.30pm. Following the service those attending are invited to a Wake at the Point Walter Golf Course function room.

We are saddened to report that David, our MAWA Patron, Life Member and Champion Athlete passed away yesterday, 18 July. He had been unwell following his trip to Poland to receive the WMA Athlete of the Year Award for 2022. Our condolences go to his wife, Patricia, and David’s family.
