A pole vault competition is to be held at WA Athletic Stadium on 4 September 2022 commencing at 9.30 am. In perfect conditions 13 athletes enjoyed the 10000m at ECAC last night and congratulations to David Carr for his 5th M90 pending world record. In his own words he is now going to get down to some serious middle distance training before going for world marks in the 800m and 1500m

Steve Toohey passed away in late July. He was a very active club member with his wife Pam for many years but has not been active recently. We have no information on funeral arrangements.

Norm Richards and Barrie Kernaghan have been selected by the Fremantle Dockers Football Club to race as a relay team against the LED light beam atthree quarter time at their match against Melbourne Football Club atOptus Stadium this Friday night.
