The 2019 State Championships will be held as follows: 10,000m: Thurs 4th April Pentathlons: Saturday 6th April Steeplechase: Thursday 11th April Main weekend: 13th/14th April All at ECAC

October Vetrun p7 “Malaga Stars” In the list of Gold Medal performances please note that Gillian Young and David Carr won the 2k Steeplechase (not the 5ooom) in 10:25.65 and 11:24.55 respectively.
