1 July 5.30pm – 6.00pm Shot
8 July 5.30pm – 6.00pm Javelin
15 July 5.30pm – 6.00pm Javelin
He will go through the basics so for those who have never had any throws coaching or at best very rudimentary lessons during competition, come along you will learn something.
What to Bring:
A towel: it may be wet or at the least the implements will get wet and will need to be dried to throw
Shoes to throw in: for discus and shot break out those old bald soled shoes that slip on wet concrete. For javelin normal runners will suffice.
